Terms And Conditions

Welcome to Stability Physio, by booking an appointment or receiving services from us, you
agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments and Bookings
1.1 Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
1.2 All bookings are subject to therapist availability and confirmation from the clinic.
1.3 You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your appointment is successfully
booked.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
2.1 We require at least [24 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
2.2 Cancellations made with less than [24 hours] notice may incur a cancellation fee.
2.3 Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged the full session fee.
2.4 Repeated late cancellations may result in the suspension of booking privileges.

3. Fees and Payments
3.1 All fees are payable at the time of treatment unless otherwise arranged.
3.2 We accept payment via [cash / card/ health fund / etc.].
3.3 Fees are subject to change without notice, but any changes will be communicated prior to
your appointment.
3.4 If your session is covered by insurance or a health fund, it remains your responsibility to
ensure eligibility and claim submission.

4. Health and Safety
4.1 Please provide accurate and complete information about your medical history.
4.2 If you are unwell or contagious, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
4.3 The clinic reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate to
proceed.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy
5.1 All personal and medical information collected is kept confidential and handled in
accordance with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
5.2 Records are securely stored and accessed only by authorized staff.

6. Liability and Disclaimer
6.1 Physiotherapy treatment outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances.
6.2 By attending your appointment, you acknowledge that no specific results are guaranteed.
6.3 The clinic and its practitioners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from
failure to follow professional advice or prescribed exercise programs.

7. Late Arrivals
7.1 Please arrive on time for your appointment.
7.2 If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, and the
full session fee will still apply.

8. Changes to Terms
8.1 These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.
8.2 The most current version will always be available on our website or upon request at the
clinic.
